DELIVERY
Our online store automatically calculates the shipping using USPS Priority Mail. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

REPLACEMENT
If you receive a incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@maddonkeys.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.
No original payment refunds if a customer does not like the smell or considers the smell too strong or not strong enough.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the personal nature of our beard products, regardless if they are unopened or not, as they cannot be re-sold to other customers.
